Refurbished Products

  • 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received — no additional damage, missing parts, or modifications.
  • Contact us to initiate a return. We'll provide a return shipping label or instructions.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Replacement Parts

  • 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
  • Parts must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Opened or installed parts cannot be returned.

Repair Services

  • If the same issue recurs within 30 days of receiving your repaired device, we will re-repair it at no additional charge.
  • Warranty does not cover new damage, water damage, or unauthorized modifications after the repair.
  • If we are unable to complete a repair, you will not be charged for the service (diagnostic fees, if applicable, are non-refundable).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged by the customer after delivery
  • Items returned after the return window has closed
  • Installed replacement parts
