Refurbished Products
- 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
- Items must be returned in the same condition they were received — no additional damage, missing parts, or modifications.
- Contact us to initiate a return. We'll provide a return shipping label or instructions.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Replacement Parts
- 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
- Parts must be unused and in original packaging.
- Opened or installed parts cannot be returned.
Repair Services
- If the same issue recurs within 30 days of receiving your repaired device, we will re-repair it at no additional charge.
- Warranty does not cover new damage, water damage, or unauthorized modifications after the repair.
- If we are unable to complete a repair, you will not be charged for the service (diagnostic fees, if applicable, are non-refundable).
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged by the customer after delivery
- Items returned after the return window has closed
- Installed replacement parts
