Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship from Green Bay, WI using USPS and UPS. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping (USPS First Class/Priority): 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (UPS Ground): 2-5 business days

Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically — check the banner on our site for current offers.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 US states. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our shipping options in the future.

Repair Service Shipping

For repair services, customers are responsible for shipping their device to us. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Once repairs are complete, we will ship the device back using the shipping method selected at checkout. Return shipping for completed repairs is included in the repair service price unless otherwise noted.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at customersupport@felixlinks.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
