Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for refurbished products and replacement parts. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused or uninstalled, in its original packaging where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized items (custom controllers, custom restorations)
- Repair services once completed
- Items that have been installed, modified, or show signs of additional damage after delivery
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at customersupport@felixlinks.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at customersupport@felixlinks.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Repair Service Guarantee
Repair services include a 30-day warranty from the date of return shipment. If the same issue recurs within 30 days, we will re-repair the device at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover new damage, liquid damage, or issues unrelated to the original repair.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damage during shipping). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund after the stated timeframe, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company as it may take time for the refund to be officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customersupport@felixlinks.com.
