FelixLinks was started by Joel Bournival in Green Bay, Wisconsin with a simple idea: gaming gear shouldn't end up in a landfill just because one part broke. What began as fixing controllers for friends turned into a full refurbishment and repair operation — buying used electronics, diagnosing problems, replacing worn-out components, and putting tested, reliable products back into gamers' hands.
We're a small team that genuinely cares about the quality of what we sell. Every item goes through hands-on inspection and testing before it ships. If it doesn't meet our standards, it doesn't go out the door.
What We Do
