Our condition grades

Every used item is cleaned, tested and guaranteed working for 90 days. A grade describes how an item looks — how it plays is covered by our 90-day warranty. If something doesn't test perfectly, we fix it or pull it rather than drop it to a lower grade.

• PristineAs close to untouched as a used item gets. Only the faintest signs of handling, if any — no meaningful scratches, scuffs or fading. Looks like it was barely used.
• Very GoodLight, everyday wear — a few minor marks or light scuffs you'd have to look for. Nothing that stands out from a normal viewing distance.
• GoodTypical, normal wear for its age: visible scratches, scuffs or light fading, and possibly minor corner chipping or small nicks in the plastic. Nothing broken or missing — it just shows that it's been enjoyed.
• Just PlayMore pronounced wear than Good — heavier scratches, scuffs and fading, with more noticeable chipping or cracked plastic possible. Our most affordable grade: fully tested and working, for players who care how it runs, not how it looks.
• NewBrand new — sealed or genuinely unused.
